Best/Worst Fast Food salads

It could be argued that, due to the fact she had so many children she didn't know what to do, I LIVE in my car. The kids have requested that we have a toilet installed in the back, and I have considered on more than one occasion to drive an R.V. daily. Due to this fact, we eat alot in the car, and it is on occasion (though I'm proud to say not too frequently, fast food. And sometimes Mama needs to eat too! I try to order a salad when it's possible, and have frequently wondered how "healthy" a taco salad could actually be. So, I was happy to stumble across an article this morning from Web M.D. rating the best and worst fast food salads and I thought you might be interested too! (It should be noted that the author only uses 1/2 a pack of dressing on the salads in calculating fats, etc...but I usually find that they give you too much) So, here it goes...

McDonald’s Premium Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken (with 1/2 packet Southwest dressing)

AND HERE ARE THE WORST OPTIONS (Most of these entrée salads have more than 10 grams of saturated fat, 35-59 grams of total fat, and up to 900 calories. Some have more sodium than most U.S. adults should consume in an entire day (1,500 mg), as recommended by the CDC.) I will say that it seems that the author uses the entire pack of dressing and is probably choosing the highest fat content options for dressing as well - making the results look particularly atrocious. But even considering that - these salads are definately not little bottom friendly.

Ok - we get it. Bacon and crispy chicken are bad. But where is the rating for Wendy's Taco salad - the one that comes with the chili that you can dump right on top and I lick the platter when I'm done? All the fiber in those beans have gotta be good for you, no? :p Ahh..the tangled web we weave.
